Quality Policy

Cepillería Catalana SL (en adelante Cepicat) es una empresa de fabricación de Cepillos Industriales que tiene el objetivo de suministrar productos que cumplan con las exigencias expectativas de nuestros Clientes con el fin de asegurar la sostenibilidad de la empresa. 

  1. All CEPICAT's activities are oriented towards achieving customer satisfaction, maintaining and improving the company's image in the market.
  2. Continuous improvement is presented as the most effective tool to be used in each and every one of our activities in order to make our organization competitive in an increasingly demanding market.
  3. CEPICAT has defined all its processes that are continuously evaluated and improved to ensure the highest degree of compliance with the requirements demanded by its customers. For this, CEPICAT promotes proactive attitudes in its organization and techniques for the prevention of failures.
  4. CEPICAT maintains a collaborative attitude with its suppliers and works together with them to achieve the quality of the products/services purchased, taking into account the needs and expectations of our own customers.
  5. The organization maintains all the necessary resources to meet and exceed the legal and regulatory standards in force in relation to the Quality System.
  6. CEPICAT considers the participation and involvement of all our staff as a key value in meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers. For this reason, it facilitates those training and operational resources that the personnel must have, in order to make the product available to the client in an effective and efficient way.

CEPICAT's Management guarantees that this policy is understood, applied and reviewed to ensure its continuous adequacy and maintained by all personnel, having the necessary equipment, means, environments and training available.
