Diamond Frankfurt brush for stone finishing and pre-polish
High-performance diamond Frankfurt brush for granite, quartz, porcelain and other hard or engineered stone. The wide grit range takes you from coarse ageing all the way to a fine pre-polish, with the diamond filaments cutting cleanly where softer abrasives glaze over. Mounts on Frankfurt-holder continuous polishing lines and manual machines.
Available grits
24, 36, 46, 60, 80, 120, 180, 220, 240, 320, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2500, 3500.
Low numbers open and texture; mid grits refine; the highest grits (1500–3500) build a near-polished sheen.
Recommended grit sequence
For a progressive finish on granite: 36 → 120 → 400 → 800 → 1800 → 3500, without skipping more than one step. Stop earlier for an aged or satin look.
Specifications
Format: Frankfurt base, fits standard Frankfurt holders. Abrasive: diamond filament. Resined: available. Use wet or dry; run wet on the fine grits.
Recommended materials
Granite, quartz, porcelain and other hard or engineered stone. For marble and softer stone, use the silicon-carbide or ceramic Frankfurt.
