4" (100 mm) diamond round brush for hard stone
4" (100 mm) diamond round brush for antiquing (ageing), honing and satin finishes on granite, quartz, porcelain and other hard stone. Fits angle grinders, polishers and drills with the matching hook-and-loop backing pad, so you can work curved surfaces, edges, sinks and on-site jobs by hand where a Fickert or Frankfurt line can't reach.
The compact 4" (100 mm) head reaches tight, curved and detailed areas such as sinks, edges and profiles.
Available grits
24, 36, 46, 60, 80, 120, 180, 220, 240, 320, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2500, 3500.
Low numbers open and texture; mid grits refine; high grits build the sheen.
Recommended grit sequence
For a progressive finish: 36 → 120 → 400 → 800 → 1800 → 3500, without skipping more than one step. Stop earlier for an aged or satin look.
Specifications
Format: round base with hook-and-loop (Velcro) fixing, 4" (100 mm). Abrasive: diamond filament. Resined: available. Use wet or dry at moderate speed.
Recommended materials
Granite, quartz, porcelain and other hard stone. For marble and soft stone, use the silicon-carbide round brush.
