Dry Quickfix 150 mm Non-Woven
Quickfix 150 mm non-woven disc brush for fine deburring and satin finishing
Dry disc brush made only of non-woven (Scotch-type fleece), with no abrasive cloth, on a Quickfix snail-lock quick-change mount. It removes light burrs, breaks sharp edges and leaves a uniform satin finish without deep scratches on steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Choose your configuration
Non-woven: Medium Gold for a more aggressive cut; Fine Brown and Fine Blue for general deburring and finishing; Very Fine Brown, Very Fine Blue and Very Fine Green for the finest satin finish and for cleaning.
Rotation: choose Right or Left to match your machine spindle. On twin-head machines, fit one of each to balance the finish.
When to choose it
When the part only needs light deburring, edge breaking or a satin finish. For heavy burrs, slag or larger edge radii, choose the Dry Quickfix 150 mm with abrasive cloth (Scotch, Double Scotch or High Density).
Machine compatibility
The Quickfix snail-lock mount fits quick-change deburring machines and heads such as Costa, Timesavers, Weber, Lissmac, Q-Fin, ARKU and Loewer.
