Dry Standard 115 mm
Standard 115 mm dry abrasive disc brush for metal deburring and edge rounding
Radial abrasive-filament disc brush for dry deburring, edge rounding and surface finishing of steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with a standard flange mount. It removes burrs, laser and plasma slag, oxide and scale and leaves a uniform, satin or keyed surface.
Choose your configuration
Material — Oxid (aluminium oxide): for general steel and iron. Zirconic (zirconia): for stainless steel. Ceramic: our best all-round grain — the most aggressive, with a cool, self-sharpening cut and the longest life; excellent on stainless steel and the best choice on almost any metal.
Grit — coarser grits for heavy burrs, oxide and slag; finer grits for edge rounding and finishing. Available grits: 80, 100, 120.
Brush type — Scotch (non-woven): for general deburring and finishing. High Density: abrasive filament only (no non-woven), for large edge rounding with radii up to around 2 mm.
Rotation — choose Right or Left to match your machine spindle. On twin-head machines, fit one of each to balance the finish and work burrs from both sides.
Applications
Deburring, edge rounding (radiusing), removal of laser and plasma slag, oxide, scale and rust, and surface finishing or keying before painting, coating or bonding.
Machine compatibility
The standard flange fits common deburring machines and heads such as Costa, Timesavers, Weber, Lissmac, Q-Fin, ARKU and Loewer.
