Slag
Slag removal brush for laser- and plasma-cut metal
Heavy-duty rotary brush that removes slag (dross), spatter and burrs from the edges and underside of laser- and plasma-cut steel plate. It clears the hard, adhering slag that belts and blades leave behind, in a single pass on deburring machines, brush-deburring heads or an angle grinder.
Choose your configuration
Fixation — Standard flange, M14 thread (angle grinders), or QuickFix snail-lock in Right or Left to match your machine spindle.
Diameter — 115, 125, 150, 165 and 260 mm; larger diameters cover more plate per pass on bigger machines.
Brush type — Single for general slag, or Double for higher filament density that handles heavy slag and lasts longer.
Applications
Slag and dross removal after laser and plasma cutting, edge cleaning and pre-deburring of steel plate before further processing.
Machine compatibility
Fits deburring machines and brush-deburring heads (Costa, Timesavers, Weber, Lissmac, Q-Fin, ARKU, Loewer) via Standard or QuickFix, and M14 angle grinders.
